MANDATORY DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
- The original driving license must be submitted to us before taking the vehicle,
and it will be kept with us until the end of the rental period.
Without the submission of the original driving license,
we will not be able to provide you with the car.
This requirement ensures that we can verify that the renter is legally
eligible to drive the vehicle and helps maintain safety standards throughout
the rental period. The submission of the driving license is a necessary part of the
rental agreement to avoid any issues during the trip
- Foreign nationals or Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are allowed to submit their passport
as a substitute for a driving license. This option is provided to
accommodate individuals who may not possess a local driving license
. By submitting the passport, foreign nationals or NRIs can
still fulfill the necessary documentation requirements to rent a vehicle.
This ensures that all renters, regardless of nationality or residence status
, can enjoy a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.
VEHICLE CONDITION RESPONSIBILITY
- Renters are responsible for documenting the condition of
the vehicle both inside and outside using photos and videos
before taking delivery. This step ensures that the initial
state of the vehicle is clearly recorded. Failure to do so
may result in disputes regarding damage. Any new damage found
upon return of the vehicle will be assessed accordingly.
Renters will be charged for any damage identified during
the return inspection.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY POLICY
- For self-pickup, punctuality is essential. Delays in pickup
will not result in any changes to the booking time or charges.
It is the renter's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time
for the pickup. For doorstep delivery, the delivery time may vary
depending on the availability of the driver and traffic conditions
. The actual start time of the trip will be determined based on
the time of delivery.
